*DJ WILL VISIT YOUR VENUE AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE WEDDING TO REVIEW SET UP AREAS AND MEET WITH THE VENUE MANAGER, EVEN IF WE'VE PLAYED THERE BEFORE

*DJ  WILL ARRIVE AT YOUR VENUE AT LEAST 90 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF WEDDING (AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE)

*A FULLY INSURED DJ ABLE TO PLAY AT ANY VENUE. INSURANCE COVERAGE INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO YOUR EVENT DATE & VENUE WILL BE FAXED OR EMAILED TO YOUR VENUE BY OUR INSURANCE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY UPON BOOKING

*DJ WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE VENUE AND YOUR OTHER VENDORS ON YOUR WEDDING DAY AND PROVIDE THEM WITH A PERSONALIZED WEDDING TIMELINE/OUTLINE TO ENSURE TIMELINES ARE EXECUTED AND THAT EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY DURING YOUR RECEPTION AND CEREMONY

*WE WILL BE WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY DURING THE PLANNING PROCESS. WE ANSWER ALL PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, ETC., IN A TIMELY FASHION AND WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE AND BE READILY AVAILABLE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS OR CHANGES REQUESTED BY YOU FOR YOUR BIG DAY

*NEED LESS THAN 3 HOURS? NEED MORE THAN 5 HOURS? DO YOU JUST NEED MUSIC IN BETWEEN YOUR LIVE BAND SETS? DON'T NEED DANCE FLOOR LIGHTING? IF NONE OF THE ABOVE PACKAGES FIT YOUR NEEDS OR BUDGET, AS ALWAYS, WE WILL CUSTOMIZE A PACKAGE THAT FITS YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS AND BUDGET. IF YOU ARE PLANNING A COCKTAIL HOUR THAT WILL BE TAKING PLACE OUTDOORS OR IN ANOTHER ROOM OTHER THAN THE ROOM YOUR RECEPTION IS TAKING PLACE IN AND YOU NEED AN ADDITIONAL SOUND SETUP, WE CAN HELP! FOR JUST $100 WE WILL PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL SETUP AND MUSIC WILL IMMEDIATELY START FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF YOUR CEREMONY. IF YOUR CEREMONY IS TAKING PLACE OFF-SITE WE WILL HAVE THE COCKTAIL HOUR MUSIC PLAYING AND SETTING THE MOOD AS YOUR FIRST GUESTS ARRIVE.

*NOTE* IF YOUR COCKTAIL HOUR IS TAKING PLACE IN THE SAME ROOM AS YOUR RECEPTION AND NO ADDITIONAL SETUP IS REQUIRED, IT WILL BE FACTORED INTO YOUR RECEPTION HOURLY PRICING PACKAGE WHICH WILL BE ABOUT A $30 SAVINGS FOR YOU.
